My son and his two daughters Fabienne (17) and Charlotte (13) live in North Hatley (Quebec/Canada).
We regularly communicate by Skype.
As they are also confined, we have discovered a new and very useful activity: cooking on-line.
Used to prepare myself my meals I explain the culinary recipes and the quantities to use.
On screen I am able to guide the preparation.
The first exercise was a soup with vegetables.
The next one was a chocolate mousse.
Future projects: ice cream, the famous madeleines...
Imagination is free.
They enjoy it - and I enjoy it.
