For an extrovert like myself, the self-imposed isolation is a huge challenge. All my meetings, lectures, and other group activities have been cancelled, but online activities are now common. An online meditation lecture last night worked just fine.
Being fortunate to live in a climate (Arizona) that allows a lot of outdoor activities, we keep our sports schedule (although more solitary hiking than group sports).
This is a time, when the focus can turn to activities that have been put off. For my part, my 6th novel is underway, as is a large futurist project. Catching up on reading is a focus as well. So, all in all - we practice all the necessary precautions - and avoid too much TV that would, otherwise depress us.
